Not foodie today but we wanted to shout out what can only be described as the PURE MAGIC created by one of our favourite independent stores in Derbyshire @primsisterscountrydecor

We've both been visiting for years and they never fail to amaze us. It's a world class example of how retail should be done.

The theatre they create in their store is inspirational and at Christmas it's like walking through wonderland.

@hollytucker if you're ever in the area you MUST visit this store.

#honesty what do you admire most in a business? Loyalty, price, look, feel, something else?

This weekend I went to the @thegoodlifesoc #festival and it was fantastic, it always is was but it was the last one 😔

Well in its current format, because well …this is where they were really honest, it just isn’t profitable for them and barely breaking even. So what now?
They are changing the format, whilst still sticking to their values.

So many lessons in this for us all
* don’t be afraid to be honest with your clients, if they get your business and hold the same values they will understand and appreciate the openness.

* don’t be afraid of testing/learning/trying we don’t all get it right first time

* don’t shy away from ‘failure’ because often it isn’t that at all it’s your biggest lesson which often leads to your biggest success
